Shipping & Returns
In-stock items will ship within 24-72 business hours. If a small decor item has an extended lead time, it will be listed under the Shipping Info tab on the items product page. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.
Large & Oversized Items: Furniture, Made to Order Art, Mirrors, Rugs, Lighting
In-stock items ship within 2-3 weeks of the order date. Golden & Pine consistently monitors backordered items and accurately lists ship dates under the Variant Name or Shipping Info tab on each product page. Changes to an estimated ship date due to production or freight delays may occur. Golden & Pine will do its best to update you with new estimated ship dates as we are made aware.
Large and oversized items are delivered by third-party carriers. Standard delivery includes delivery to the threshold of your property and does not include unpacking or assembly. If the buyer would like white glove delivery, please contact us for a quote prior to purchasing.
Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage to the delivery company upon signature of receipt. In the case of damage, hold on to all original packaging as we may request photographs to process the damage claim. It will also be required for repacking and return of the damaged item.

At this time Golden & Pine ships to the 48 continental United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.
Golden & Pine accepts returns of decor, apparel and accessories within 30 days of purchase in exchange for store credit. Golden & Pine does not refund any form of original payment, only for store credit which can be used online and in-shop. All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and potentially sent back to the customer.
Furniture, large rugs, made-to-order art, mirrors and lighting, vintage, books, plants and any product purchased on sale are always final sale and cannot be returned.
Online returns may be returned in store. If the buyer needs to make an online return via mail, please send the package, insured and with a tracking number, to Golden & Pine 19 on the Mall Prairie Village, KS 66208. If you would like us to create the shipping label, please email email@example.com for a return label. If we create the label, the cost of your return label will be deducted from your total refund before processing your gift card.
Please note that all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent as insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Golden & Pine cannot accept responsibility for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item(s) we will process your return and a refund will be issued to you in the form of a gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
All returns must be received in original condition on or before the 30th-day post-purchase. The buyer will receive a gift card to use towards future purchases once the item is received in new condition.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on all return eligible rugs and lighting returned in original packaging. The restocking fee will be adjusted to the buyer’s refund amount prior to processing the gift card.
Damages & Defects
If an item is damaged in transit or arrives with a previously undetected defect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. Golden & Pine will replace the item or schedule a service technician to repair the issue at no charge to you. Damages not relayed to Golden & Pine within 48 hours become the responsibility of the buyer.
Golden & Pine realizes that items purchased off a registry may not be opened or received within the required 30-day return window. If a gift is received as part of a Golden & Pine registry, returns must be made within 30 days of the event date. Once this grace period has lapsed, returns will not be accepted.
Furniture, large rugs, art, mirrors and lighting have a 24-hour cancellation window for a full refund to the original form of payment. Once the order is placed with the manufacturer, the order cannot be canceled or returned. All furniture, custom size rugs, large art, mirrors and lighting are produced to order and considered a final sale.
We do not adjust prices once a sale is complete, no matter if promotions or other price decreases occur after the fact.
